FAQS

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Are custom pieces alot more expensive than ready made jewellery?

    A.  Sometimes.. It does depend on what exactly you are requesting to be made. Please note that custom designs require an element of original artwork, model making (either via CAD or hand wax carving), one off casting pieces and input from a variety of specialist craftsmen, whether it be engraving, setting gemstones and diamonds or attention to detail in the final finishing processes.. There may well be a slightly higher price to pay for this level of service however you will end up with a truly amazing piece of jewellery that is completely unique to you..

  • Design & Manufacture to Delivery. How long does it take?

    A.  The time scale for designs to be produced and approved can vary depending how complex the design is. For example, if it is a pre-existing design such as a club logo then the process of turning that into a workable 3D model is fairly quick, around 1 week turn around for sketches. If you are looking for a completely new unique piece then ideas may need to be bounced around for a slightly longer period, before you have settled on the final design. Once your design has been approved and deposit has been made, the manufacturing process will begin. For the majority of pieces we would quote 6 weeks (maybe 8 during busy periods like Christmas) Some simple pieces can be made sooner so it is always best to check with us directly in reference to your needs, we will try to accomodate them as best as possible.

  • Can you reproduce club emblems/logos?

    A.  Yes. But we will require written permission from the person/organisation that own the copyrights to the logo before any work is undertaken.

  • What metals do you work in?

We are able to manufacture the majority of our pieces in Sterling Silver 925, 9ct Yellow, White or Rose Gold, 18ct Yellow, White or Rose Gold, 22ct Gold, Palladium and Platinum. We also supply a range of Titanium rings which can be engraved to order.

  • How do I clean my jewellery?

We recommend using a soft cloth to care for your jewellery as some of the items have oxidised detail which would be removed if the item is placed in silver dip. Silver polishing cloths are available to buy under our 'accessories' section of the shop.
